We don't accept returns or exchanges on wigs!!!

 I stand by Ruthi Human Hair collections and fully commit to providing you not only high quality raw virgin hair products, but a high quality shopping and customer service experience.  

we will consider exchanges only for hair bundles depends on why the exchange needed, but no returns.Exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted.

You will be responsible for return shipping and a small restocking fee.
