COVID-19 SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT

COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT - Due to the pandemic, and high demand and now slowly starting to open up the Country, our shipping may experience a delay. So our normal next day and 24-72 processing hours can take up to full WEEK working hours (not including weekends and holidays) before a package is shipped out. Please note that some orders will still process normally within 24 hours but there is no guarantee. Once a package is ready for shipment, a tracking email will be sent out and it can take up to 5 days for the information to update as it will be handed off to USPS,UPS or any other carriers. This change is effective until things getting back to normal.

The good news is we are still open for business and we have a lot of new arrivals, for the out of stock items kindly contact us for further info and pre ordering process.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 5 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.
