Order reeked of women's perfume.

I received my order and when I opened it the strong smell of women's perfume is saturated all over the hair. I emailed the company about my order the same day and I have not received a response. I have washed the hair and let it air dry for days and it still reeks of fragrance. I only gave one star since the hair is pretty but the I cannot use it since the smell is so strong.
