Terrible service and incorrect order. I ordered human hair on 8/20 but received zero tracking info or updates. After being completely ignored via email and DM, a friend had to message the owner directly to finally get a tracking number on 9/1. The hair arrived on 9/4, but it was the wrong length and the wrong hair type. Communication is nonexistent and they do not care about customer service. I have returned the hair and am currently waiting for a full refund. Save your time and money.
